We have finally come to the end of the internship month and I have a very mixed feelings about this. I know I'm going to miss doing this.

Saturday, 23rd October (OFF/REST DAY)

Sunday, 24th October (6 AM - 5 PM)
  • Received a ticket from a station, complaining that they cannot tap any buttons on the Deliver2me terminal and I suggested the station to try restart the terminal and the issue has resolved.
  • Handled a ticket from customer service that asking for confirmation whether the station delivered the item or not. Station reconfirmed that the customer did not get the item so customer team service has proceeded to refund the customer.
  • Attended a ticket requesting to update the price of an item. 
Monday, 25th October (6 AM - 3 PM)
  • Submitted the attendance sheet of October to the Whatsapp group.
  • Received a request from a station to update the price of some items but there's only one item in the catalogue so I informed the station that we were able to update the price for only one item.
  • Created an SF ticket that requested us to update the price of the items:


Tuesday, 26th October (ANNUAL LEAVE)

Wednesday, 27th October (6 AM - 3 PM)
  • Assisted Zaid and entertained his questions regarding the tickets in Zendesk.
  • Handled a ticket of station asking for their login credentials for the dashboard, escalated this issue to Faris and station informed they can login the dashboard as usual.
  • Received tickets regarding the station being put under maintenance due to pumps were disconnected from the watchtower. Checked with the TechOps and the station has been put under active again.
Thursday, 28th October (6 AM - 3 PM)
  • Informed a station that the uncaptured transaction has been manually charged from the customer.
  • Received ticket regarding "invalid parameter" due to price difference so the action taken was to update the price in the portal and update the adjustment sheet.
  • Updated the internal notes for remaining tickets in my queue and distributed them to the other teammates as my internship has ended.
Friday, 29th October (OFF DAY/END OF MY INTERNSHIP)

 Hello, world. For the second week of internship, I am still trying to get a grip on the Dos & Don'ts when attending the tickets.  Tuesday, 20th July (7 AM - 4 PM) The view of Zendesk changed from before as previously I used other intern's access and Ilman guided us to create our own view for tickets so it will be easy for us to monitor our tickets. Ilman gave me and the other intern, Ain, some tickets titled "SALESFORCE" which was quite new to us. I had to refer to past tickets regarding this. We were also reminded to update at least internal notes on the action that we have taken or action that we should take. Wednesday, 21st July (7 AM - 4 PM) Ilman assigned 6 new tickets for us to attend. We were reminded to update all the tickets in our queue There was still issue with the Deliver2me terminal which we still didn't have the solution yet.  Hello, world. We have reached to the end of August. Two months to go! Saturday, 28th August (OFF/REST DAY) Sunday, 29th August (3 PM - 12 AM) One of the interns, Ain, has ended the internship as it was about time. Received ticket about the incentives payment for the staff. Not many new tickets so I just settled the tickets in my queue. Monday, 30th August (3 PM - 12 AM) More tickets on the incentives payment for the staff as the staff kept on spamming us with the question of when they will get the payment. Petronas Simpang Pulai Lojing asked for a code that can be used which is their promo code. Received tickets on issue "invalid parameters" that happen due to the differences of price between the station and the Setel apps. Tuesday, 31st August (3 PM - 12 AM) Handled the summary of SF tickets reporting since my partner for evening shift, Ain, is no longer on the internship.  Hello, world. Saturday, 14th August (OFF/REST DAY) Sunday, 15th August (3 PM - 12 AM) Had a surge of tickets regarding the usage of Setel for Mesra store. Stations were having issue "Error Point Issuance" when customers wanted to pay, stations were advised to report to vendor for manual charge. Sorted out the problem regarding the Mesralink ticket that has been forwarded to us back. Monday, 16th August (3 PM - 12 AM) Mesralink reached us through whatsapp and asked about the gift card. I've asked my team regarding the gift card and is informed that the Mesralink side was probably mistaken as we did not deal with that kind of issue. Requested a contact number for station Petronas Jln Tan Swee Hoe as the previous contact number provided cannot be reached at all. Tuesday, 17th August (3 PM - 12 AM) Ilman helped to update my ticket so I just had to double confirm on one transaction only.
