Sunday, 17th October (6 AM - 5 PM)
- A brief problem of poor connection happened to me so I cannot see the upcoming tickets.
- Received a report regarding a dimmed light of Petronas signboard but that is not under us to handle so I've advised the station to lodge report to Mesralink:
Monday, 18th October (6 AM - 3 PM)
- Received the list of items in Deliver2me with updated price from Atiqah. Did a cross check of the price and found that all the items were updated.
- Did a follow up with the stations that have been reported to have a terminal issue.
- Checked and updated the pending tickets.
Tuesday, 19th October (6 AM - 3 PM)
- Help Zaid in handling his tickets.
- Attended a ticket regarding the error in refuelling the gas.
- Checked and updated the pending tickets.
Wednesday, 20th October (6 AM - 3 PM)
- Attended the invalid promo code issue for the staff.
- Held a video call with Zaid to teach him on how to do the Summary report of SF tickets
- Taught Zaid how to attend a ticket that needs to be reconciled too.
Thursday, 21st October (6 AM - 3 PM)
- Updated the SF summary report for the morning shift by removing last night's solved tickets and check if there's any new SF ticket.
- Petronas Jalan Semenyih reached out for "invalid parameter" issue and I advised the station to request the manual receipt from vendor.
- Reminded by Syafiq regarding the promotional items for September - October 2021.
