Saturday, 4th September (OFF/REST DAY)

Sunday, 5th September (3 PM - 12 AM)
  • Attended another ticket of staff asking about the incentives payment.
  • Received a ticket from customer service about a complained from the customer regarding Petronas Seksyen 20.
  • Reached the customer service team to ask further details of the issue like the date and time of the incident.
Monday, 6th September (3 PM - 12 AM)
  • Handled a ticket from Petronas Bekenu, the dealer wanted to purchase the Setel eVoucher for the station as it would be efficient for the customer in that area to reload their account.
  • A station asked regarding the "invalid parameter" and their concern about the inventory count.
  • Did a follow up on pending tickets
Tuesday, 7th September (3 PM - 12 AM)
  • Attended a ticket of a staff that asked about their Setel incentives acquisition.
  • Received a follow up email from Mesralink regarding the issue that has been solved already, so I just informed that we have solved the issue and attached the proof.
  • Answered the general inquiry regarding the cashback promo when customer downloaded and reload the Setel app.
Wednesday, 8th September (3 PM - 12 AM)
  • Attended another ticket of staff asking about the incentives payment again.
  • There's a ticket on the issue of the promo code not found for the staff.
  • Did a follow up on pending tickets
Thursday, 9th September (3 PM - 12 AM)
  • Reminded by Ilman regarding the promotional items for September - October 2021
  • All of the promotional items should be set as unavailable in the Deliver2me catalogue.
  • Sharmila requested me to check the summary of SF daily report with Syafiq before posting them in the Whatsapp group.
