We have reached to the end of September, another one month to go!

Saturday, 25th September (OFF/REST DAY)

Sunday, 26th September (3 PM - 12 AM)
  • Submitted the attendance sheet in the Whatsapp group.
  • New update on Slack tickets of SLA breached in which we don't have to call the stations anymore if there's a Slack alert tickets. Just filled in the fields and solved the tickets.
  • Syafiq shared a reminder for the process flow of sharing tickets with customer service team.
Monday, 27th September (3 PM - 12 AM)
  • Escalated to the marketing team in Slack regarding the promo code for staff cannot be used.
  • Received a ticket regarding the uncaptured amount for transaction and had assigned the ticket to Ilman.
  • Received a complained from the dealer of Petronas Jalan Semenyih regarding the "invalid parameter" issue and the inventory stock count.
Tuesday, 28th September (3 PM - 12 AM)
  • Helped Hanissah to update her ticket as she was having a problem with her internet.
  • Attended a ticket of general inquiry from the staff on the issue of how customer wants to use the Mesra points to buy items from the Mesra shop.
  • Called a station regarding the promotional items issue.
Wednesday, 29th September (3 PM - 12 AM)
  • Mastura asked me if I want to be in the morning shift or evening shift for next month.
  • Received a new roster for next month and I will be working in the morning shift during my last month.
  • Shared my Zendesk access with the new intern replacing Hanissah, Zuhrah.
Thursday, 30th September (3 PM - 12 AM)
  • Re-submitted my attendance sheet due to some error.
  • Called Petronas Kesas Timur to follow up on the login terminal problem.
  • Updated the summary of SF tickets and posted them in the Whatsapp group.
Friday, 1st October (OFF/REST DAY)
