Already getting the hang of the job and it becomes easier each time due to many repetitive tickets of the same issue.
Saturday, 18th September (OFF/REST DAY)
Sunday, 19th September (3 PM - 12 AM)
- For the issue "Setel Unknown Error" that happened previously, the technical team has come out with a solution.
- The stations affected due to the error will need to contact their vendor to request the manual receipt from them so that the inventory count can be recovered.
- Made a phone call to the stations affected to inform them the solution and action that should be taken by the station.
Monday, 20th September (3 PM - 12 AM)
- Attended a ticket of staff asking about the incentives payment.
- Helped to check the tickets from the customer service
- Attended and solved the pending tickets and did a follow up for affected stations on the "Setel Unknown Error" issue
Tuesday, 21st September (3 PM - 12 AM)
- Volunteered myself to create a Google Meet so that I could teach the new interns on the tips and tricks to handle the tickets.
- Updated the SF tickets and sent the summary report in Whatsapp.
- Helped to check the new intern, Hanissah's tickets.
Wednesday, 22nd September (3 PM - 12 AM)
- Assigned tickets that required the final receipt with invoice number to Sharmila.
- There's a surge of problem regarding the wifi connection issue that affected many stations.
- Did a follow up with a station regarding the renovation postponed.
Thursday, 23rd September (3 PM - 12 AM)
- Attended a ticket of staff asking about the incentives payment.
- Reminded by Sharmila to fill in the fields correctly:
- There's sudden surge of tickets from the stations, claiming that their operating hours haven't be updated to the latest operating hours as the government had announced the new SOP for operating hours of all petrol pumps stations.
Friday, 24th September (OFF/REST DAY)
