Saturday, 21st August (OFF/REST DAY)
Sunday, 22nd August (3 PM - 12 AM)
- We're starting to get an automated ticket from Slack for an issue of SLA breached, Deliver2me order that took more than 5 minutes to be delivered.
- Had a problem that the transaction appeared as "Hold Amount Error" but the station said they had no problem on their side.
- Figured out that the problem was from the customer's side itself.
Monday, 23rd August (3 PM - 12 AM)
- A station complained about there's no price shown for the items in the Deliver2me terminal so it's hard for them to monitor if the price from their side does not tally with the price from the App.
- I've voiced it out in the slack as something that we should fix.
- Received a ticket regarding the wrong flavoured of ice cream received by the customer so we informed the station that it would only affect the inventory count.
Tuesday, 24th August (VACCINATION LEAVE)
Wednesday, 25th August (3 PM - 12 AM)
- Starting to handle a Salesforce (SF) ticket from the website.
- Need to take turns with Ain to report daily on 6 pm in the Whatsapp's group on the summary of SF tickets.
- Syafiq held a Google Meet meeting to brief about the SF tickets and things we should do.
Thursday, 26th August (3 PM - 12 AM)
- It's my turn to summarise the SF tickets and report it to the Whatsapp's group.
- Joined a virtual fun day with the Setelnators during my break time.
- I represented my team (Green team) in the game Movie Charades.
